At The Wise Mentor, we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship and support. Because mentorship involves significant personal time and dedication, our refund policy is designed to be both fair to you and protective of the time invested.


  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • If after completing your first mentorship session you feel the program is not the right fit, you may request a 100% refund.
    • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after your first session.
  2. Non-Refundable After First Session
    • After the initial session and 24-hour window, all payments are final and non-refundable.
    • This ensures fairness and respects the time, preparation, and support already delivered.
  3. How to Request a Refund
    • To request a refund, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of your first session.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  4. Commitment to Value
    • We only work with committed traders ready to grow. This policy ensures we can give our full focus and energy to serious clients while offering a fair way out if expectations don’t align after the first session.
  5. No Chargebacks
    • By enrolling in the mentorship, you agree that all payments are subject to this refund policy only.
    • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed outside of this policy will be considered a breach of agreement. We reserve the right to provide proof of services delivered and contest any such claims.
