• Account data: name, email address and password credentials.
• Learning data: onboarding answers, goals, lesson progress, journal entries and uploaded screenshots.
• Mentorship data: session bookings, notes you share with your mentor, mentor feedback and ratings.
• AI assistant data: the messages you exchange with the AI mentor and the summaries generated from your activity.
• Payment data: plan, amount, status and the payment reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Support data: messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

To provide the platform and your mentorship (performance of our contract with you), to operate accounts, payments and security (legitimate interests and legal obligations), and to send service emails such as booking confirmations, session reminders and password resets.

• Cloud hosting and database for the application and your data.
• PayPal for payment processing.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Google Calendar / Google Meet for scheduling session calls and generating meeting links.
• An AI model provider for the AI mentor and mentor preparation briefs.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use only cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to run the site: keeping you signed in and maintaining your session. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required. If we introduce non-essential tracking in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

We keep your account and learning data while your account exists, and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within the legally required time.
