The Wise Mentor provides online educational mentorship and skill-development services: structured lessons, progress tools, an AI study assistant and one-to-one sessions with human mentors, according to the plan you choose.

Our services are educational. They are not financial or investment advice — see our educational & trading disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You must provide accurate details, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 18 years old. Accounts are personal; do not share access or resell your seat. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Prices are shown on the pricing page in euro and are payable through our payment provider. One-time mentorship packages include a defined platform access period and a defined number of mentor session credits. The Foundation plan is a recurring monthly subscription until cancelled.

When your access period ends, your learning data is preserved but access to paid areas is restricted until you renew. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

Sessions are booked from the slots your mentor publishes and take place by video call. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours before they start, and you can hold one upcoming session at a time. You can cancel at any time before the session begins, and the session credit is returned to your balance. Once the scheduled start time has been reached, the session can no longer be cancelled online to recover the credit; exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by us, but replacement credits are discretionary. Mentors share experience and educational feedback; they do not manage money or place trades for you.

Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell our lessons, session content or materials; do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform; do not use the service unlawfully or abusively towards mentors, staff or other students. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

All course materials, brand assets and platform content remain the property of The Wise Mentor. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while your access is active. Content you create (journal entries, notes, goals) remains yours.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
